Savile Rd left on Headfield Rd to Slaithwaite Rd left then right up Ingham Rd cross over to track leading up hillside to Ings Lane left to Edge top Rd then right to Whitley Rd after passing Jackson Lane go 100 yds to path on left go down path to stream then climb up to Briestfield follow road to right past Shoulder of Mutton pub keep to right 600 yds to a path on right taking you across to Whitley Church at Whitley Rd turn right 400 yds to path on left through Quebec farm and over top and down to Ravenshall special school then cross Ravensthorpe Rd to path taking you over canal to riverside then follow river to Dewsbury.
